Zoom Phone Local Survivability (ZPLS):
Zoom Phone designed ZPLS with medium to large organizations in mind, such as healthcare institutions, education, and mission critical businesses requiring no downtime. In the event of an outage, ZPLS works with an on-site, small-scale server to provide failover capability and an additional layer of protection.
Zoom clients who have enabled ZPLS will have continuous access to core phone functionality, including making and receiving external and internal calls. During an outage, neither the administrator nor end-user is required to take any action; the failover and fallback process is seamless.
Zoom Contact Center:
Zoom Contact Center released new updates to streamline operations and empower intelligent self-service customer experiences. Salesforce integration is now more personalized than ever.
Agents can access contact center functionalities and manage customer engagements right from Salesforce without switching between the applications, simplifying post calls by automatically synchronizing client data, history, and contacts between Salesforce and Zoom Contact Center.
Zoom Contact Center customers can now use the Solvvy by Zoom chatbot to provide accurate, timely self-service, and conversational AI capabilities to their customers 24/7. Zoom Contact Center also integrates with other 3rd-party chatbots.
Sign Language Interpretation:
Bring everyone into the conversation and create a more accessible environment with Sign Language Interpretation. Meeting and webinar hosts can designate multiple participants as sign language channel interpreters, and participants can choose which sign language interpretation they see.
