• Enable calling.
• Send and receive SMS/MMS messages.
• Install softphone apps.
• Connect to a PBX.
• Activate Direct Routing.
• Use PBX features such as calling, portal view, soft-keys, and notifications.

2. Eligibility:

To use UCC Networks services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have appropriate licenses and PBX systems configured for integration.

• Ensure all users comply with these Terms and any applicable PBX terms.

3. User Responsibilities:

You agree to:

• Use UCC Networks services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• Safeguard account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Not engage in activities that disrupt or harm our services or other users.

4. Service Limitations:

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, UCC Networks may experience downtime due to:

• Maintenance.
• Network issues.
• Third-party dependencies (e.g., Microsoft or PBX providers).

We are not liable for any interruptions or losses caused by these limitations.

5. Fees and Payments:

• Fees are based on the services and features selected.
• Payments must be made promptly per the agreed terms.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the service.

6. Data Privacy:

We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices, including integration with Microsoft Teams, your PBX systems, and any integrations to UCC Networks products, such as UC Connect, Teams Connect, Text Connect, and Connect AI.

7. Intellectual Property:

All rights, title, and interest in UCC Networks and its products, including software, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of UCC Networks. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute UCC Networks software.
• Use the service for unauthorized purposes.

8. Termination:

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Service misuse or unauthorized activities are detected.

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCC Networks is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service disruptions or data losses.

10. Amendments:

UCC Networks reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California, United States of America.
